Copper provides good control of downy mildew and fair control of black rot, powdery mildew, and phomopsis. Use 2 to 26 oz. per gallon per application, not to exceed 11.9 lb. product per 100 sq. ft. per year. Applications can begin at late dormancy to bud break with subsequent application throughout the season, with applications up to every 3 days depending on disease severity. Copper injury may occur on copper sensitive varieties.
