Warranty Coverage

At Double A Vineyards Inc., we stand behind our plants. All plants are warranted to grow for one (1) year from the date of purchase, unless otherwise noted. This warranty applies to the original purchaser and is not transferable.


To qualify for a replacement, the buyer must:

  • Report any damage or shortages within 48 hours of receiving the shipment.
  • Ensure that the plants are planted properly, following all provided care and planting instructions.
  • Submit any warranty claims no later than one year from the delivery date.
This warranty covers failure to grow under normal planting conditions, but does not extend to:
  • Environmental damage or neglect
  • Mishandling or improper care
  • Winter losses
  • Planting outside of your USDA hardiness zone
  • Any losses due to circumstances beyond our control
All replacements are subject to availability. Replacement stock is not covered under a renewed warranty. Our total liability is strictly limited to the purchase price of the original plant material and does not extend to lost time, labor, or other incidental costs.


Return Policy


Abigail’s Garden does not accept returns under any circumstances.Due to the sensitive nature of live plants and the risk of contamination or damage, all sales are final.


Cancellation Policy


Cancellations are not guaranteed and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Anon-refundable cancellation fee will apply to all approved cancellations:
  • $25 or 50% of the total order value, whichever is greater.
