Treatment Plan

Apply Delegate WG at 3 to 5 ounces per acre per application, but do not make more than 5 applications per calendar year and do not apply more than 19.5 ounces per acre per year.  Do not make more than 2 consecutive applications, if additional treatments are required rotate to another class of effective insecticide for at least one application. 7 day PHI, 4 hr REI. New York State has a 2(ee) registration for Assail 30SG for control of spotted wing drosophila. 2(ee) registrations permit application of a pesticide on a registered crop for a pest not included on the label.  User must have a copy of the 2(ee) recommendation in their possession at the time of application: http://132.236.168.99/ppds/535139.pdf . Apply Assail 30 SG at 4.5 to 5.3 oz per acre.  Do not apply more than once every 14 days, do not make more than 2 applications per season.  Maximum seasonal rate is 10.6 oz.  Do not use spray adjuvants with Assail. 3 day PHI, 12 hr REI. Observe state restrictions when applying Assail for control of spotted wing drosophila or any pesticide registered for use in grape when the target pest is not included on the label.
